Day 50 continued - Caring for me

Why did I get a postpartum doula?

Because Mamas need love and care and touch just like newborns do.

I did it for me.

No shame or guilt. No thinking I SHOULD have spent that money on something else. Nope. I am completely and Ab-so-effing-lutely worthy of being wrapped in a pink glittery ball of love and sprinkled in joy dust. Just for me.

Feeling such 💫 presence 💫 and 💫 contentedness 💫 after my second session today (and what was arguably one of the best massages of my life - I mean where else could you get a massage AND breastfeed a baby!).
