Day 41 - Our bodies are so wonderful

‘Don’t post that picture, you can see the wrinkles next to your eyes and the rolls under your chin’

Said my old self.

*eye rolls. Hits post 💁‍♀️.

I’m 34. I have wrinkles. My body has rolls when I move it in certain ways.

And I love it.

She is incredible.

She got me here.

She shows up for me everyday, regardless of the crap I have done to her in the past.

She grew and birthed two babies.

Fed two babies from her breasts.

💖💖💖

This photo is beautiful, and I will not allow any negative self talk tell me it’s not. I mean, damn I am feeding my baby girl, what could be more gloriously beautiful than that!

Feeling in 💫 love 💫 with my body, and so over the narrative that I need to hate her (and constantly look for ways outside myself to ‘fix’ her).

Show me a picture of you that is absolutely glorious 💓💖💕💗.
